Emily Paolillo’s Article Highlighted as an Article of Public Interest

Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research chose Ms. Paolillo’s article  “At-Risk Alcohol Use is Associated with Antiretroviral Treatment Nonadherence Among Adults Living with HIV/AIDS” to be published in the August 2017 edition of the journal as an Article of Public Interest.  Emily was an HNRP trainee and a student in the SDSU/UCSD Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology. Her research interests include the impact of HIV infection and substance use on neurocognitive and daily functioning outcomes. Specifically, she is interested in the modifying effects of alcohol and substance use on aging with HIV infection.
