Cannabis Use, Cognition, and the Endocannabinoid System in HIV (CUES)

Summary:

This research study is to understand the effect of cannabis on thinking and brain chemistry in people with HIV and healthy volunteers. If you are eligible, you will be assigned to receive by mouth one of the study drugs, THC or CBD or placebo, over a period of 5 days.

*Who may qualify:

Adults 18 and older

Cannabis users and non-cannabis users

Willing to do some concentration tests

People with or without HIV
