Candidates should discuss their interest in the IRFN with their director of clinical training and contact the IRFN by July of the academic year for which they are applying. Clinical psychology internship candidates will need to discuss their intention to participate in the IRFN with internship directors during the internship selection process in order to plan clinical rotations that accommodate IRFN program activities.

The IRFN is a 2-year program for postdoctoral scientists. Clinically trained fellows spend 30% time on IRFN activities in the first year and 70% in the second year, in coordination with their clinical training program. Basic science fellows spend 20% during both years to participate in the clinical literacy program. Download brochure for course curriculum.
