My primary scientific interests include: 1) HIV-Associated Neurocognitive Disorders (HAND), 2) technologic interventions to improve medication adherence among HIV-infected persons, 3) neuropathologic underpinnings of HAND, 4) successful aging and HIV, 5) co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders.
